Very disappointed with this purchase and the customer service. The artwork I received looks significantly different from what is shown in the listing. The listing photo has clear, smooth transitions between the warm brown, taupe, and neutral tones, with visible detail throughout the landscape. What I received is much darker, with large areas that are almost black and a bright yellow/gold section that does not resemble the advertised colors.
The print quality is also poor. It looks like a low-resolution image that has been enlarged too much—the details and gradual color transitions visible in the listing are lost, giving the print a blurry/pixelated appearance.
After I clarified the issue and sent photos showing the differences, I received no further response.

It took just shy of 4 weeks and a complaint to Etsy to receive my order. I wish I could say the art was worth it. Unfortunately it’s not. It appears to be a very low res image printed on inexpensive canvas. There’s no depth or texture. I would advise against getting the gold frame. Instead of quietly finishing the art, it outlines it and screams BRIGHT YELLOW FRAME from across the room. If this 14x18 art were 29.99 at Walmart and it were placed high on a shelf, it might be worth it. But for the amount it actually costs, 4 weeks for delivery, and an extraordinary amount of follow-up for something that looks bad closeup? Pass.
