Processing Time

All items are printed on demand. Production typically takes 3 to 7 business days before your order ships. During peak seasons or promotional periods, production may take up to 10 business days.

Shipping Timeframes

Once your order ships, estimated delivery windows are:

• Standard domestic shipping: 5 to 10 business days

• Expedited shipping (where available): 2 to 3 business days

• International orders: 10 to 21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing

Shipping Carriers

Orders are fulfilled through our print partners and shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on item type, size, and destination.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by their country. HavenWalls Co. is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to reroute packages once they have shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
