Return & Refund Policy

Because all HavenWalls products are printed on demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or incorrect size selections.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you, depending on the situation.


Color Variation

Our products are printed using high-quality digital printing. Colors may appear slightly different across screens and devices. For woven textile products, natural variation in color tone and texture between dye lots is expected and is not considered a defect. We intentionally do not list specific color names on woven items for this reason.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package shows as delivered by the carrier, HavenWalls Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend contacting your local carrier or filing a claim with the shipping provider. If tracking shows your package is stuck in transit for more than 15 business days (domestic) or 30 business days (international), please reach out and we will work with you to resolve it.


Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, production may have already started and we are unable to guarantee a cancellation. Please contact us immediately at hello@havenwallsco.com if you need to cancel.
